I have known this place since I was a child as it is an institution in the city. I don’t go often despite the food being good because every time I have been there, I didn’t feel welcome. Let me explain better. The kitchen works well and the menu is varied and well-structured. The quality of the food is average, which is fine since the prices are also average. What lowers my review so much is the lack of friendliness of the staff, particularly a waiter who always seems angry (as far as I can remember) and responds poorly to customers for practically no reason. Furthermore, the last time I was there, we had to ask five times before we were allowed to order, even though we had been there for an hour and the place was not that crowded. The behavior is typically that of someone who works a lot for, as if to say, "I’ll get my money anyway because I have plenty of customers, whether I’m kind to you or not," an attitude that is intolerable in a restaurant, in my opinion.
