Pizzeria not suitable for celiacs. We called to ask for information and were immediately told: "the dough is gluten-free but we do not guarantee against contamination." Suitable perhaps for those with intolerances but definitely not for celiacs.

Delicious pizza, both gluten-free and with gluten. Soft, fresh dough. At the end of the meal, they also serve limoncello and lollipops for free. Even with a lot of chaos, service is quick. Highly recommended.

The pizzeria is conveniently located, about 600 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia and in a lively area full of small venues. We arrived at 10 PM without a reservation; the place was full, but they immediately seated us, offering their classic welcome prosecco. The list of vegan pizzas has significantly expanded since the last time I went to Assaje (in Udine), and the selection is truly enticing. Moreover, every pizza can be requested gluten-free. The gf dough is good, but the topping is super. I chose a gluten-free and vegan pizza with 3 tomatoes: the vegan mozzarella was truly out of this world, delicious! At the end of the meal, they offer a selection of liqueurs and gummy candies. Kudos for the commitment to being more inclusive. Recommended 👍🏻

The doughs, the raw materials, the pizzas of excellent quality. Lots of choices on the menu, even for celiacs. Nice prosecco offered at the entrance and marshmallows, lollipops, and liqueurs offered at the end of the meal. The customer service was poor. We reserved a table for 10 people at 9:00 PM and had to wait outside in the cold until 9:30 PM for the tables to become available...this is a flaw in the organization of the dining area.
