I had booked an online takeout order, selecting a box and other items. In the order, I had repeatedly specified both near the box and in the order notes that there were intolerances. Of course, I returned home and the box was practically made up of only fish that I had not requested!!! Money wasted if you put notes, at least take care to read them.
