The best restaurant I’ve been to in the last year, without distinction between gluten-free and regular places, of the highest level, with very attentive service and amazing food. WOW. I will definitely be back!

Excellent, great food even for those accompanying me, courteous and professional service, recommended.

I had dinner at the restaurant for the first time last night...great experience, delicious food, and very kind and friendly staff. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I have celiac and this entire place is gluten free! Has the most excellent bread (bread service) followed by fettuccine with white rabbit, then braised pork neck which was unbelievable. We finished off with the tiramisu which was amazing. My gluten loving husband was beyond impressed too. Some of the best gluten free food I’ve had in my life.

Best spot in Rome so far. I’m celiac and my partner isn’t, but agreed this is the best food she’s had. I highly recommend the pork neck (so tender & didn’t even need a knife to cut) and the braised beef Agnolotti. We got the beef carpaccio and the bread platter as well. So tasty & fresh. Such nice service as well. Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in Rome.

Top top top! The paradise for those with food intolerances. Clean environment, courteous and attentive staff. Very good dishes and a bill in line with what we ate.

This was one of the best meals we have had in Rome. It is a must go to spot, whether you are gluten free or not. We could not believe the bread plate. That alone is worth a visit. My husband, who is celiac, has not been able to taste bread like that in a long time. Service was wonderful. Flavors are fresh. Restaurant is clean. We hope to visit again.

Excellent experience. We had the pleasure of enjoying dishes of the highest quality, all completely gluten-free and lactose-free, without any compromise on taste. The staff proved to be extremely friendly, available, and attentive, helping to create a warm and family-like atmosphere, almost like being at home. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be coming back with pleasure.

I visited this place, new to me, on the recommendation of friends and I must say it was a discovery. I hadn’t entered establishments for celiacs and intolerants because I thought they were tasteless, but I have to change my mind. The gluten-free and lactose-intolerant cuisine is excellent. The Experience tagliatelle, the tender Iberian pluma, and the excellent tiramisu are must-tries. There's not a huge wine selection, but the waiter, Giuseppe, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the individual dishes, providing us with details about the ingredients. A lot of care is also taken in the presentation of the dishes. The venue isn’t very large but is welcoming. The only downside is the bathroom, which is not particularly hygienic.

Must visit gluten free restaurant when in Rome. The fresh bread was amazing - particularly the focaccia. The fresh pasta was delicious - we tried the tomato and fish and one of the specials which was octopus. We had one secondi to share, a roasted poussin and that was very tender with a really nice herby marinade. My non-gf fiancé was still talking about how good all of the food and especially the pasta was the next day. The wine list was also really reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and attentive too. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Rome!

I recently discovered that I am celiac, and my boyfriend, to celebrate his 30th birthday, found this restaurant through social media and decided to book here. The staff was really nice and super helpful: I called the day before to ask if it was possible to have a small cake, and despite the very short notice, they took care of everything, including the candles! They fully respected my desire to make a small final surprise, and I am very grateful to them (thanks to Stefano whom I spoke to on the phone and to Romano who handled everything at dinner). As for the food, I was sincerely impressed: the flavors took me back to what I used to eat before the diagnosis, and even the bread had the taste I remembered. It is rare to find such an attentive and welcoming place. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for gluten-free options without sacrificing flavor!

Restaurant extremely attentive to the needs of those who, like me, have several food intolerances. Consequently, it serves gluten-free and lactose-free products. Location a stone's throw from the Lepanto stop, in the Prati district. Warm welcome and unconventional decor. Menu not excessively extensive (a plus). The arancino they treated us to was excellent, and the zucchini flowers we had as an appetizer were extremely flavorful. Incredible the Coca-Cola teriyaki sauce that accompanied the ribs. Absolutely honest prices.

Aesthetically, it's a beautiful place. I went alone to try it because they serve gluten-free food. It's not an Italian place; the dishes are not Italian. They might be inspired by Italian dishes, but they're too salty, especially the amatriciana, and nothing is authentic.

Cozy atmosphere, but the cleanliness of the bathroom leaves much to be desired and there were missing accessories like toilet paper! The food was excellent. I'll show you in photos what we ordered! Fast service, slightly high prices, but unfortunately, gluten-free options are always on the higher side! Overall, I recommend it because the food is prepared with love and passion, and it was a pleasant experience!

A true "experience" of taste. The location is not very large. Everything is strictly gluten-free, which is top-notch for someone with celiac disease. Traditional dishes revisited in a modern key with taste and professionalism. Nothing is left to chance, and the service is impeccable. Medium-high prices justified by the excellent quality of the food served.

Highly recommended! Cozy environment and friendly staff. The highlight, however, is the kitchen. Elaborate dishes, meticulously cared for in every detail, very inviting and especially very tasty. All of course gluten-free. What can I say, we will gladly return. Reasonable price.

100% Gluten Free Restaurant Super staff, truly available and courteous. We had them recommend dishes, and they didn't get anything wrong. Homemade bread. TOP appetizers. Exceptional gluten-free pasta. All products of the highest quality. Congratulations on your professionalism. 5 stars are few!!

I can only give the highest compliments to the chef at 10L. An incredible care and flavors. It is a 100% gluten-free establishment, but I assure you that no one will be disappointed.

Completely gluten-free restaurant in Rome, AIC certified. Cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff! The pasta, including off-menu options, was very good; I asked for a carbonara! 🤩 The only downside was that, even though there were only a few people seated in the restaurant at that time, only one dish out of four (we were two) arrived hot; both pasta dishes were slightly lukewarm, and one second course was cold.

A highly recommended place, especially for those like me who are celiac. Finally, a place where you can sit down and eat everything. Wonderful staff. Excellent value for money.

I spent a wonderful evening yesterday at the New Food Experience in the Prati area, a surprising restaurant, especially for me as I am not celiac. The dishes are not only super pleasing to the eye (they look like many small works of art) but also incredibly tasty, thanks to a skillful pairing of fresh products and an enviable ability to handle first-quality gluten-free raw materials... the result? An explosion of flavors! Special mention goes to the appetizers (the pecorino and walnut tart is TOP) and the desserts, moving on to a literally perfect tonnarello cacio e pepe. Completing the picture is a family-friendly yet elegant atmosphere, a very difficult combination to find! I recommend the restaurant not only to those who are gluten intolerant but in general to anyone who wants to taste innovative and balanced dishes, in a relaxing but classy setting.

I absolutely recommend it; I had a great time both because of the atmosphere and the staff who made me feel at home. I had the risotto with shrimp, which was excellent, then a grilled squid with fennel and oranges, and an avocado and turnip tartare, to finish off with a tiramisu. Everything was gluten-free and lactose-free. Delicious!

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend, who has celiac disease, and I made this wonderful discovery: a great novelty in the gluten-free dining scene. The menu and service were impeccable, offering a 360-degree experience in complete peace of mind regarding contamination. The menu featured an excellent combination of evocative flavors with top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended!

Impeccable service and quality food! I am not celiac and I find their dishes truly excellent, you can't notice any difference!

Happy to have a new place to eat peacefully near home, but I went there with a friend (not celiac) and we paid €6 for the cover charge. She noticed it on the receipt after we had already left. If I'm not mistaken, there is a law that abolishes the "cover charge" in Lazio. In any case, nice place, menu not too much of a "new experience". I will return to hopefully be pleasantly surprised.

Finally, a high-level restaurant for celiacs and more.... Excellent dinner, excellent restaurant and service. Highly recommended.

Delicious spot, innovative cuisine, and not only for celiacs. The food is very good. We will return.
