I went out to dinner with my friends a few days before the restaurant closed for renovations, usually in these situations places offer less. Instead, we found everything, no reduction in dishes or ingredients, evidently if you organize yourself, it is possible to offer the same service even in these situations. The photos are of various dishes we ordered; I can talk about the seared tuna, which was very good, cooked perfectly and in large quantity (even though it doesn't look like it in the photo). The sorbet was stunning, the lemon definitely tasted fresh, but what I loved the most was the presence of a small plate and a bowl on the left of the main plate to use for bread and oil (delicious oil) 😍 The service was kind and attentive, the staff polite. I mean that upon arrival everyone greets you and when you leave, everyone says goodbye; for some, it might seem trivial, but not for me, being acknowledged is essential. If I were to return, I would go again, trying a fish pasta dish and tasting a white wine since they have an impressive selection of wines. Note at the end: they also have gluten-free alternatives, even for pasta dishes.
