I want to write a heartfelt review for The Gluten Free Lab and especially for its owner, a kind, helpful, attentive, and deeply human person. It's not easy to find someone who truly listens to those with specific food issues like mine: I am allergic to wheat and corn protein, and he was the only one who managed to create a dough that was completely suitable, safe, and... delicious! Every product he prepared for me was vacuum-sealed one by one, with a care and attention to detail that is rarely seen. I felt, in every gesture, the passion for his work and a genuine desire to help. The taste? Delicious. The texture? Perfect. And all without compromises. Yes, I say it: perfection exists, and I found it here. Thank you so much for making possible what seemed unreachable for me. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

This gluten-free food store is a real surprise! The selection is large and well-curated, with many quality products that are often not found in traditional supermarkets. From flours to pasta, from artisanal sweets to frozen foods: there's really everything for those who have to follow a gluten-free diet without sacrificing taste. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable: they know how to recommend products based on needs and are always ready to answer any questions.

I ordered a box with free eat. The products arrived vacuum packed and very well packaged. The quality is very high: I found the products to be very tasty but delicate and light. The prices also seemed fair to me. Highly recommended.

Nice shop selling gluten-free products made with rice flour, corn, and much more. They also pay attention to other allergies and intolerances like lactose and eggs. Their bread is delicious, and I recommend their specialty "graffa." Everything at great prices, and the quality makes a difference. They also sell fresh pasta, sweet pizzettes, cakes, and much more.
