The entire menu can be made entirely gluten-free, including the fries. For the gluten-free options, they use Nutrifree packaged buns, which are soft and delicious, and I must say that the quality is immediately noticeable. The staff was very kind, attentive, and helpful. The place truly deserves 5 stars, actually... the service should get 6 (I'll tell you why later). Excellent value for money, generous sandwiches, and great quality ingredients... 90% of the menu is accessible even to those, like my wife, who eat gluten-free. Reviews about the rudeness of the staff are either untrue or were mistakenly written for another place, because not only was the owner extremely kind in explaining everything my wife could eat when I came to ask during the week, but even on a busy Saturday night, he managed to create a light atmosphere with smiles and jokes not only for the customers but also for the staff. The result of a place where people work in harmony? Efficiency, kindness, and availability towards the customer, fast and satisfying service! Keep it up!
