We had lunch at the Agriturismo Sa Mandra. Complete and varied menu, with genuine and exquisite dishes, consisting of a variety of strictly local appetizers, two first courses, two main courses (one of which was the must-have roasted piglet... Exceptional!), traditional sweets, water, wine from renowned Sardinian wineries, digestif, and coffee. Even the gluten-free dishes, abundant like (or more than) the "normal" servings, were excellent and expertly cooked. I particularly enjoyed the fregola with sausage and wild boar sauce, which I had never eaten before and turned out to be a delightful surprise. Excellent staff: extremely friendly, polite, amiable, as well as professional and helpful. The facility also includes (and is an integral part of) a beautiful museum of Sardinian agro-pastoral tradition that is worth visiting. What else to add... Thank you for the fantastic experience and for the hospitality. We will definitely return!
