Good place and staff, but NOT suitable for celiacs! Pure contamination and an extra charge of €6 for a frozen pizza.

I didn't choose the gluten-free pizza because I think it's inconceivable to spend an extra 6 euros!

The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately it got stuck in my esophagus because we couldn't stop to eat it calmly. We were urged to leave. I give one star for the service due to the persistent dessert waitress who wanted to push them on us until we left (but still making us eat quickly).

When I called to make a reservation, they told me that they could prepare a gluten-free pizza with a pre-made base (although they didn’t rule out contamination). What they carefully avoided mentioning - perhaps out of modesty, or to prevent laughter on the phone - is that it costs €7.50 more than the gluten version. Decent food, but terrible service: 15 minutes for a beer and almost an hour for the dishes.

Delicious gluten-free dough. I had the Salentina pizza with fried paparelle and the buffalo variation. Exceptional and very digestible for me, as I suffer from gluten intolerance. On the waiter’s recommendation, I paired it with a local blonde beer with a delicate flavor, the Anemos. Congratulations to Mino and his staff!

Everything perfect, gluten-free option only for those who are intolerant and not celiac. Staff very attentive in specifying and advising.
