At the Europa hotel restaurant, you can enjoy very good gluten-free dishes. The restaurant has a dedicated menu with gluten-free appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. There isn't a lot of variety, but it's a sufficient menu if you decide to have lunch or dinner in this restaurant. Additionally, all pizzas are available in gluten-free version. The staff is quite attentive to contamination. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

I went to the pizzeria restaurant. They have a special and varied gluten-free menu. All pizza options, including GF, are based on neutral dough. Some gluten-free desserts, including a good cake/strudel. It's worth noting their availability and commendable effort to create a respectable GF offer.

We stayed at Hotel Europa in December and the experience was definitely positive. The strong point is the balance: the service is good and friendly without being unnecessarily lavish; they don’t show off, but at the same time, they never lack professionalism and availability. We felt welcomed naturally. The rooms offer an excellent rest thanks to very comfortable beds—a fundamental detail after days spent outdoors. The cuisine also deserves a mention: we ate well (there are good options for those suffering from celiac disease who need to eat gluten-free foods), with well-prepared dishes that met our expectations. In summary, an excellent choice for those looking for substance, courtesy, and comfort in the heart of Molveno. Highly recommended!
