Awful restaurant and pizzeria, I don't know who gives them the gluten-free certification. We just called the restaurant labeled gluten-free and were told that during the summer they do not make pizzas for celiacs but they will resume in September. Knowing the place, I wonder what sense it makes to do this when the town empties out and in summer, when it is full of tourists, they don’t. Remove the gluten-free label; it's just an illusion, especially since a young girl would have been eating with me. Shameful.

I have been frequenting this place since I was a child. The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten is here!

We visited this pizzeria restaurant in the beautiful town of Sapri, where the freshness of the dishes is very noticeable. The restaurant is located in the internal streets but just 50 meters from the promenade, so after dinner, you can enjoy both the view and the beauty of the sea in the height of summer. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with a spacious rustic style even for dinners with large groups. I really liked this classic style with colors that complement each other perfectly. As for the menu, I didn't miss out on anything. The portions are generous, and you definitely won't leave the table hungry. They have fresh fish (which is not a given), and I highly recommend trying the menu from appetizer to main dish (we didn’t manage to order desserts, so I can't comment on those). The appetizers we tried were really good and plentiful; I particularly recommend the mussels and especially the mixed seafood appetizer, where you can taste a well-prepared and excellently seasoned house specialty. Regarding the first courses, I had the pleasure of tasting the seafood risotto, which I highly recommend. The taste of the sea is very pronounced both in the rice and the fish, and the scialatielli pasta was a divine delight. For the main course, I had the pleasure of sampling a fried fish dish, which was excellently done, dry from the cooking oil (something that is not always a given) which I highly recommend. FOR CELIACS: They have an AIC certification where applicable, and if you are gluten intolerant, this restaurant will not make you feel "different" because they have a specific and detailed menu both for fish and, most importantly, for pizza; the dough is not pre-made but made by them and very well executed (as mentioned before, there is no difference, and you will find a rich selection on the menu). Regarding the service, initially, we waited a moment for the order, but that was more than normal given the number of diners, but for the table service, the kitchen was swift, and I found no faults with the service; on the contrary, it was very professional. I would like to point out something I consider very important: I had the pleasure of exchanging a few words with the restaurant owner, and I was pleased with this and admired the professionalism and passion for his work, especially the knowledge of food and wines, as he also presents a very interesting wine list. As for the bill, I must say that without wine and dessert, we spent a more than spectacular amount, yes, you read that right—SPECTACULAR—considering the quality of the dishes. I would definitely return to enjoy good fish as I did that evening. THANK YOU

Clean, welcoming location with well-arranged tables respecting privacy. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Fast and efficient service. Abundant, varied appetizers of excellent quality, with standout marinated anchovies and marinated salmon that are truly great. Scialatielli with seafood and mixed grilled fish are excellent in terms of quantity, quality of the ingredients, and cooking. The lemon cake is really tasty and light (a must-order if you're not too "full"). What more can I say? If you pass through Sapri, it's a must-stop. P.S.: dinner options available for gluten-free individuals.
