I read the reviews and went in confidently. I asked the waiter how they handled the cooking of GF pizzas and the response was... Don't worry, no contamination. We open the base, add the toppings, and put it in the oven. Unfortunately, after several questions with evasive answers, I asked to speak with the pizzaiolo, who confirmed that they bake the pizza in the same oven, directly on the stone and without any protection (like a tray). But he reassured me that no celiac has ever been harmed there. Of course, I stood up and left. I didn’t even ask about the toppings. Here, contamination is certain, as is the complete lack of professionalism and preparation. Absolutely to be avoided. But we celiacs must also learn to gather information with few and direct questions and share it only if certain. Because otherwise, we risk harming ourselves.

The pizza is truly excellent! They use Pizzamì dough instead of the ready-made bases from large distribution... and the difference is noticeable! The topping is great and plentiful... nothing to envy from traditional pizzas. Furthermore, which is no small matter, they do not charge any extra for gluten-free. For the first time, I didn't feel discriminated against because of my celiac disease. Well done!!!!!

Excellent food and very skilled staff regarding gluten-free options. At lunch, I was told there was no choice for the first courses. Still, I had a great second course, and I hear the pizzas are very good too. Overall, it's worth it!

We go there often, we have always eaten well. The place is always crowded, but the attention to the dishes has never been lacking. The pizza is good, and so is the fish. A certainty.

The good premises were respected. We were 9, and besides me, my companions were also happy. I was pleased because it was my first time there since I've just moved to Parma, but the guests who have tried other places in the city appreciated the menu and the courtesy of the staff. Very large and spacious locale, just like their menu, which also includes gluten-free options (a very positive note). I had the pizza, which I found to be good, light, and well-topped. The desserts were excellent, truly excellent. The bill was in line with what we ordered. Recommended.
