I trusted the positive reviews and I couldn't have done better! Everything was delicious, from the fried burrata, which is a must-try, to the delicious first courses, creamy just the right amount, prepared with care. The second courses were out of this world, both in the meat and fish menu. Even the watermelon dessert recalls the flavors of Sicilian tradition, which is reflected even in the dishes: hand-painted one by one, with classic Sicilian designs, truly stunning. The staff was very kind and attentive to gluten-free options. For one night, I almost forgot I was celiac given the goodness and availability of gluten-free dishes. Excellent prices, I highly recommend it!

How could I not mention the fried burrata, an absolute must-try because it’s hard to find elsewhere? All the first courses can be prepared gluten-free, accompanied by very special sauces made with local ingredients. Last but not least, the deconstructed cannolo! The location is very well-kept, it's a pity we came in winter because the garden is truly a gem.

Massimo and his wife welcomed us to their restaurant, which was converted from an old oil mill. They had us try gluten-free delicacies like fried burrata and seafood bavette.
