On my way to Eboli around lunchtime, I called to check the closing time, and the lady kindly informed me that they would still be open for a bit. It took me about 5 minutes to reach the place, and there we were. The lady made herself available, and I specified that I eat gluten-free. Without any issues, she told me I could choose anything (for someone with celiac disease, it's music to their ears). I got a delicious gluten-free sandwich, soft and fragrant, with wagyu beef, zucchini cream, smoked provola cheese, and homemade barbecue sauce. Five stars for the speed and quality.
