100% gluten-free ice cream parlor. The owner, Cristina, strives to use only top-quality raw materials, using a reduced amount of sugar to ensure the ice cream is as delicious and 'genuine' as possible. It’s really nice to chat with her and her collaborator, who is also kind and knowledgeable about celiac disease. The place is new and very clean. The ice cream and cones are delicious! I recommend it!

Ice cream shop adjacent to the promenade of Viareggio. Very courteous and smiling staff. Everything is gluten-free (including cones). Their flavor seventy-seven is perhaps the best ice cream I've ever tasted... excellent also the pistachio, hazelnut, and dark chocolate flavors. Truly everything is out of this world. I would absolutely say to try it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! MAKES A DIFFERENCE AMONG MANY ALL ONLY GLUTEN FREE A very elegant, spotless environment with a fountain that adds a chic touch to the ice cream shop. Cristina greets every customer with her unique smile, her brightness, kindness, and friendliness... you can feel it right away; it’s impossible not to get to know her. The ice cream is amazing, really delicious, EXCELLENT, but above all, you can taste the difference from one flavor to another (in many ice cream shops the flavors are all the same, you can't tell the difference). You must try the Seventy Seven (white chocolate with lemon, orange zest, and pistachio pesto 🤤) or the cheesecake and others with truly unique and intense flavors. They also have yogurt (realistic flavor) where you can choose various ingredients to mix at the moment. All the staff is really kind and caring. A big applause and best of luck to Roberto and Cristina who have long desired to open their ice cream shop.

Very kind people ready to explain with a smile in a quiet corner of the Viareggio promenade. Artisan and delicious ice cream where you can taste every flavor. Oh, and of course, EVERYTHING GLUTEN-FREE. A rarity that only those with celiac disease can appreciate, but it creates a little refuge, with thicker and better cones than the regular ones!
