This is my first review for SMORZA, even though I've always frequented it. 💖 A Steady Point of Quality and Professionalism Despite many years of operation, your standard has never dropped. The quality of the food is always excellent, and the staff is exceptional and professional. It’s reassuring to know that coming here, you always find impeccable and welcoming service. 🌾 The Excellence of Gluten-Free and a Small Wish As a gluten-intolerant customer, I really want to praise your care and attention in offering gluten-free dough, and especially in using separate ovens and ingredients. This consideration is a gesture that I greatly appreciate. Precisely because your attention is so high, I would like to share a small suggestion for excellence: recently, the gluten-free dough has been a bit too gummy and difficult to cut. I hope this note can be a little prompt for further improving an already good product, perhaps aligning with the textures that new gluten-free bases are reaching today. I will continue to come with pleasure.

We were there yesterday for dinner without a reservation around 8 PM. It was full, we waited a few minutes and then sat down to order. They have a very long menu with an embarrassment of choices and a weekly menu for specialties that evidently change from week to week. We ordered the smorza plate (very good), the Alto Adige plate (good), two spinach (good), tiramisu (good), Sacher cake (very good), a bottle of natural water of 1 liter and a glass of Merlot from the weekly menu. We spent €58 for two, and the waiting times between courses were reasonable. We had a great two hours and talked in peace, even though the place was really full, but the chatter of others didn’t bother us. When paying the bill, my wife was offered a limoncello. There were also many people coming to pick up pizza for takeaway. In addition, there is a wide selection of gluten-free pizzas and beers. Truly a nice place and a lovely evening.
