Idyllic dinner! The restaurant offers ample parking so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. We had a reservation and they seated us. The restaurant only has outdoor seating as it is open exclusively during the summer months. The ambiance is quite elegant and romantic, especially as the sun sets, the lights illuminate the venue, and the view from above the city is striking. The young waiters were very kind, accommodating, and professional; moreover, the excellent service is guaranteed by the seriousness of the staff and the number of employees to avoid long waits. As soon as we were seated, they brought us two sauces, bread, and warm pretzels. After requesting gluten-free bread, they served me a plate with a warm, soft loaf. We started with an XL platter, already abundant and suitable for 3-4 people. We also ordered potato tortel and, without us asking for anything, they had the foresight to serve us gluten-free tortel. Next, we ordered the master's beer dish, recommended for two people, but after the appetizer, finishing the dish was a challenge and it would have been suitable for three people as well. In our group, a chicken was also ordered, which despite being for one person would actually satisfy two people. The quality of the dishes is high, and you can enjoy true typical Trentino cuisine, from appetizers to bitters. I highly recommend the meat as it is their strong point, but in case of vegetarians, I recommend the first courses. In the end, we tasted the amaro, and they left us a paper sachet so we could take the shot glass home, a really nice idea. I would also like the same dishes in my future home; they are enchanting. Everything was perfect, we had a lovely evening, and I would gladly return. If you want to impress your partner, family, or friends (even better if they are not from Trentino), this is definitely the right place. Congratulations to all the staff; we couldn't have asked for better!
