My first pizza after being diagnosed with celiac disease, and it couldn't have gone better. Knowing that the entire menu is available gluten-free (beers included!) allows you to eat without the worry of contamination: pure heaven. Amazing pizza, light and flavorful. The staff was exceptionally kind, making this "return to normality" truly special. Thank you so much!

For me, the best gluten-free pizza I’ve tried in 25 years of celiac disease. A welcoming place with young, kind staff who are super knowledgeable about everything from dishes to drinks... I’ve been going since the day they opened, celebrating birthdays or even simply dinners and lunches with friends and relatives. I’ve tried their different doughs, toppings, and combinations, always in search of the best gluten-free dough, but also the most refined and less ordinary combinations. They also have special menus, themed and otherwise, all truly excellent, from the fried dishes to the first courses, and let’s not even talk about the desserts!

Exceptional place for pizza lovers, one of the best I've ever had, with equally incredible typical Salento cuisine. Welcoming and family atmosphere, with attentive and friendly service that makes you feel at home, especially the very nice Gabriele, always available and polite. The pizzas, as mentioned, are amazing and made with local and zero km products. A notable feature, and it's important to emphasize: the possibility of having gluten-free variants as well. An excellent selection of wines accompanies everything, making the culinary experience even more special. Perfect for a family evening or with friends, Jackson always knows how to make his guests happy!

We often order takeaway pizzas and they are always very good, with particular attention to the seasonality of the ingredients; indeed, during the winter season, the menu changes slightly. However, the real discovery was the dinner organized for San Martino, featuring various local appetizers as well as a choice between the first course or the roast. All dishes were abundant and delicious, with special attention to those with celiac disease. Additionally, the staff is always very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!
