This bakery is run by two young, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly people. They offer a wide variety of fresh, high-quality gluten-free (and lactose-free!) products. A true haven for those with celiac disease or gluten and lactose intolerance. Excellent.

High-quality artisanal products, especially the croissant and pain au chocolat: the fragrant dough and good texture made us forget about the option of a filled croissant. The only flaw was that we didn't dip these excellent products in a good cappuccino, as the only option was coffee. We also tried the savory snacks, excellent. We'll definitely be back to try the frozen fresh pasta, including the filled ones! Recommended!

One of the few places where my boyfriend, who is celiac, and I can afford the luxury of buying gluten-free bread, mini pizzas, Valdostana, and focaccia, which are delicious! Finally, we can eat fresh bread together and make all those recipes we never managed to make before now.

Status today. I had a round focaccia and two mini grandmother's cakes: the focaccia awakened a flavor I hadn't tasted since I started having to eat gluten-free, amazing, delicious, and super soft! The grandmother's cake was very good, tasty shortcrust and excellent cream, just the pine nuts didn't quite meet my expectations, but that's personal taste... It will be a fixed stop when I return to Viareggio!! Well done!
