Terrible experience and poor gluten-free management I chose this establishment based on the information from their website, which advertised the presence of gluten-free options. However, upon arrival, a nightmare of misinformation began. At the counter, I was initially told that there was nothing available. At the cashier, a staff member explained that I could order pizza, salads, or sandwiches directly from the umbrella via QR code, but specified that sandwiches were not available on Saturdays. Checking the online menu, I discovered that the salads had no crossed grain symbol; the only gluten-free dishes were the first courses (starting from €20), second courses, and pizzas, all at inflated restaurant prices due to the service at the umbrella. Returning to the cashier for clarification, another young man explained that the gluten-free pizza was actually just a simple pre-cooked base and admitted that some toppings could be contaminated. He suggested I sit at the restaurant, get a slush with brioche, or serve myself at the self-service buffet. When I pointed out that, being celiac, the buffet was at high risk of cross-contamination (as was the ice cream, in contact with the cones), I was told that to have a safely prepared separate salad, I would have to eat at the restaurant.
