Very good gluten-free fried food and desserts. Very good pizza, very light dough, and a soft edge. Wide selection of both pizzas, appetizers, and desserts. Gluten-free area separated from the regular one. Friendly waiters.

Without a doubt, the best gluten-free pizza in Milan, soft and with a thick crust like classic Neapolitan pizza, baked in a separate oven and kitchen.

Good fried food, good pizza dough. Unfortunately, mine arrived with the topping poorly distributed all in the center and the rest burned... so I was a bit disappointed. However, the dough promises well.

INCREDIBLE!!!!! gluten-free pizza that is delicious. The dough is very similar to a "normal" one and the pizzas are spectacular! The arancini are also great. I highly recommend it! I would go every weekend! They have two different workers.

Classic Neapolitan pizza dough, although gluten-free, is not bad but nothing exceptional. The gluten-free fried items are good... The downside is the price! It is really high for a pizzeria..

Even in the new restaurant opened in Isola, Ciro Cascella confirms the skill and care his pizza makers put into preparing the dough, even gluten-free. I tasted two pizzas, both gluten-free, both approved (with a very light dough). Definitely among the best pizzerias in Milan that offer pizzas for celiacs as well. On the menu, they also have some GF beers, appetizers, and gluten-free desserts (in the photo, a pistachio cheesecake).

On a warm July evening, my girlfriend and I decided to try the renowned Neapolitan spot Ciro Cascella 3.0, in the heart of the Isola district in Milan. We ordered: 🍕 #Memories of Neapolitan Sundays – Eggplant parmesan as per tradition, scottona meatballs, 24-month aged Grana cheese fondue, EVO oil, and fresh basil. A flavorful, rich, and balanced pizza, with quality ingredients and a well-cooked, fragrant base. (€15.50 + €2.50 for gluten-free option) 🍕 #Ilary – Fiordilatte from the mountains, sautéed baby zucchini flowers, yellow cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius, Parma ham, shreds of Cilento goat ricotta cheese, 24-month aged Grana, and fresh basil. An explosion of freshness, with a delicate yet decisive taste. Truly excellent. (€15.50 + €2.50 for gluten-free option) 🥤 1 San Pellegrino water 0.5L (€2.70) 🪑 Cover charge: €2.50 per person Despite the peak time (9:00 PM), the service was impeccable: warm welcome, order taken quickly, and pizzas served in less than 10 minutes. The place is bright, clean, and well-kept, with a design that elegantly recalls the Neapolitan style. The table setting is refined, with leather placemats, branded glasses and napkins, and a nice marble-effect table adding a chic touch. Most importantly: the gluten-free offering is one of the real strengths. The whole menu – from fried dishes to pizzas, to desserts – is available in gluten-free versions, prepared in a dedicated open kitchen. A guarantee of quality and safety for those suffering from celiac disease. Also excellent is the selection of artisanal wines and beers, ideal for accompanying dinner. In summary: A truly positive experience, with warm hospitality, excellent cuisine, and attention to detail. Prices are a few euros above average, but well worth it. A place where Neapolitan tradition meets modernity, perfect for a dinner for two or with friends. 📍 Highly recommended, especially for those looking for a true gluten-free Neapolitan pizza in Milan!
