Absolutely not recommended. Upon arrival, they seemed very organized for gluten-free options, but while ordering, I found many mistakes in the menu regarding allergen labeling, with dishes containing gluten that were not indicated. They said they would adapt the dishes, but in fact, they offer very little choice and serve dishes without sauces. Even when choosing gluten-free foods, I found contamination; in the nigiri, I noticed some kataifi, and after calling two waiters because the first one insisted it was fish, they changed the dish. Aside from the gluten-related issues, the place is not worth it; the fish was decent but nothing more.

All you can eat with utmost attention to gluten-free! This is my go-to sushi place in Milan. The menu clearly indicates all allergens, and the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. They are not AIC certified, but as a celiac, I have never had issues.
