Great gluten-free pizza

I don't often write reviews, but in this case, I'm very happy to do so. Tonight, I ordered some takeout pizzas. I'd specified a couple of times over the phone that I wanted a little less tomato sauce on my gluten-free pizza. I realize this request isn't the easiest to fulfill due to its subjective nature. In the end, the pizza was full of tomato sauce. Since I'd been pushing this a bit...and this pizzeria is close to my house and I'd been planning on returning...I decided to call to see if the person who answered the phone hadn't taken my request into consideration and to report it so I could ask for more attention next time. Not only did I receive a kind and welcoming response, but even though I tried to refuse several times, they even took the time to remake my pizza and deliver it to my home in record time, and of course, at no cost. The gluten-free pizza dough is truly good, as are the traditional pizzas; but that alone probably wouldn't have prompted me to write a review. The kindness and helpfulness, so rare these days, certainly did! Not obvious and highly appreciated.

I was looking for a gluten-free pizza that didn't look like a "foldable" pizza, and I found it: simply top-notch! Light and flavorful dough, a true rarity. But the quality doesn't stop there: even the "traditional" pizzas are exceptional. We tried the Mortazza with burrata, and it was an explosion of flavor, with the freshest ingredients and a perfect combination. To top it off, don't miss the candy treats: a touch of original sweetness that will make you leave with a smile. Super friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! 🍕✨
