A small but well-kept restaurant, the owner is very skilled and welcoming. I have been gluten intolerant for practically my whole life and here the menu can be entirely gluten-free, including the fried foods, and they are super attentive to contamination. Highly recommended, everything is delicious.

Restaurant in the center of Castelsardo where the entire menu is also available in gluten-free versions, the pasta is fresh and made by them. I chose the mixed appetizers and a first course. The quality of the food is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are prepared for all types of intolerances and guarantee safety in the preparation of the dishes. I was there for a birthday, and they were so accommodating that they arranged for us to have the gluten-free and lactose-free cake commissioned specifically for us. I highly recommend it and add it to my list of favorites.
