Dinner on a weekday, the gluten-free fresh pasta was excellent and the seadas were also gluten-free. Many gluten-free dishes and very attentive to contamination. Overall, excellent dishes.

Restaurant in the center of Castelsardo where the entire menu is also available in gluten-free versions, the pasta is fresh and made by them. I chose the mixed appetizers and a first course. The quality of the food is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are prepared for all types of intolerances and guarantee safety in the preparation of the dishes. I was there for a birthday, and they were so accommodating that they arranged for us to have the gluten-free and lactose-free cake commissioned specifically for us. I highly recommend it and add it to my list of favorites.
