Delicious! Makes pancakes, crêpes, and other sweets completely gluten-free and lactose-free. Contamination-free workshop. Also has a take-away coffee shop. I tried salted caramel pancakes, chocolate chip bread, and caramel latte: ✈️✈️✈️

Near the bus stop on Corso Sempione, the “Pancake Bloom” has recently opened, which specializes in preparing gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes and crêpes (including toppings). It also offers coffee services exclusively for takeout. At "Pancake Bloom," you can find ready-to-drink bubble tea that is also gluten-free. My friend and I decided to check out this place, partly driven by curiosity about the new trend (it’s quite rare to find such a niche establishment around here) and partly because I am celiac. The pastel-colored ambiance is cute, simple, and welcoming, but it is very small with few seating places. The menu during our visit was quite essential and offered few options, mainly sweet ones. The owner, however, mentioned that in the coming weeks, she would add savory alternatives in anticipation of introducing brunch. During our visit, I opted for red fruit pancakes with caramel topping. The pancakes were good, but the portion (4 rather small pieces) and the minimal presentation seemed slightly at odds with the price. The service was friendly but also quite essential, almost self-service, with biodegradable dishes. Overall, “Pancake Bloom” is an interesting alternative, not only for those who are celiac or lactose intolerant but also for anyone looking for a different breakfast or snack than usual, even though there are some aspects that could be improved, such as portion sizes, presentation, and service. I would love for the place to offer beyond pancakes and crêpes in the future, like waffles or muffins, to further expand the choices for customers.
