Hello, from a certified location away from the city center, one would expect fresh products and not frozen ones that can also be found in some places near the waterfront. We can suggest the Rino pastry shop in the city of Pisa as an example of a gluten-free offering.

For those who want to have breakfast, a snack, or an aperitif even gluten-free, I recommend this beautiful wine bar pastry shop. Warm and elegant atmosphere, large heated outdoor area, vast cellar. I tried the gluten-free focaccia with ham and Philadelphia, gluten-free cream puff, and everything was delicious and homemade. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy place. Ample parking in front. Located in the town center.

A very modern and youthful place. Clean and always attentive to detail! There are both classic drinks and a more refined cocktail list, to which you can optionally add a delicious selection of food (in addition to their platter included with the drink). The perfect place for an aperitif and dinner, even for those who are celiac! It's not in the city center, but it's absolutely worth it.

It was a pleasant discovery. In a quiet area of Viareggio. We stopped for an aperitif. Good selection of wines and the variation of spritz is very tasty. The food is also GLUTEN-FREE and really GOOD. They also prepare breakfasts for celiacs. The staff is very kind and the place is very nice. Normal cost, I would say, €17 for red wine, spritz, a plate with normal products, a plate of gluten-free food. We had a great time.
