A slightly modernized alpine-style hotel, not very new, the rooms are spacious with all comforts; the only issue is that some bathrooms have a shower a bit small for robust guests. The staff is very polite and helpful, even in suggesting outings. The cuisine is plentiful and gluten-free dishes are comparable to regular ones, with care and safety for celiacs. They can prepare sandwiches for outings. There is no designated area for children, so in the lobby, the relaxation spaces are divided between adults and children. Pets are allowed.

I stayed with my family in mid-July and honestly, it was truly a comfortable vacation. We booked a quadruple room for three, to be a bit more comfortable and we actually had two double rooms, plenty of space for clothes, two minibars, two desks, and a bathroom with a modern design, featuring a very large shower, complete with dispensers and various accessories. The kitchen is truly remarkable, with great attention, as in our case, to food intolerances and very courteous and helpful dining staff. The location of the hotel allows you to forget about using the car, being just a few hundred meters from the center and the ski lifts. Covered garage available for guests and SPA with a well-maintained indoor pool.

Great location of the hotel just a stone's throw from the main cable cars without needing to take the car. Friendly, welcoming, and patient staff; I take this opportunity to send a warm greeting to everyone, from the owner of the establishment to the reception staff Monica and Matteo, and the waiters in the dining room. Truly everyone is kind. Traditional cuisine but very good, especially one of quality and genuine even gluten-free. A beautiful memory of this summer vacation. Thank you again.
