The structure is in a strategic position (Cermis, Latemar, Pampeago, Lavazè are easily reached independently or thanks to the Fiemme Cembra Guest Card), in the center of the beautiful town of Cavalese. The rooms are spacious, clean, and functional. The gluten-free menu is practically identical to the other, with very rare exceptions; even at breakfast, you can have fresh cakes, waffles, and krapfen, and for afternoon snack, there is always a slice of cake and cookies for tea. The wellness area features a sauna, steam bath, thermarium, cold mist, 3 hot tubs, and a cervical waterfall. The staff is available and knowledgeable about intolerances; special mention for the courtesy of Miriam, Tea, and Asja!

A beautiful hotel. Having some food intolerances, I feared I would encounter difficulties, but instead, I was taken care of with great attention. I thank Mr. Antonello and all the staff in the dining room: every dish was offered with suitable alternatives and explained in detail, allowing me to enjoy dinner without worries. The availability and kindness of the hotel staff made the experience truly pleasant. The hotel's spa was one of the most relaxing experiences of my stay. The environments are meticulously cared for, clean, and very welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately invites relaxation. I appreciated the variety of services offered, from the sauna to the steam bath, to the heated pool. An ideal place to unwind and indulge in a moment of wellness.

The hotel's location is truly strategic! Cavalese is a central village from which you can reach beautiful places to visit. The structure is very beautiful, modern, and carefully designed in detail, with welcoming staff. We stayed for 5 days in the suite of the firs and felt really at home with three children of different ages who had fun even in the hotel, with a playroom for the little ones, a game room for the older ones, and a spa pool where they could relax too. We dined there, enjoying traditional and truly excellent cuisine, and they were very accommodating in meeting the needs of our two-year-old and addressing the allergies of our older child. Highly recommended for both long and short vacations. Rating: 100 🤩
