A paradise for GLUTEN-FREE and DAIRY-FREE! The staff is attentive to every gluten-free and dairy-free need, allowing me to enjoy every delicacy in complete serenity, faced with serious and competent personnel; I had no disturbances at all. Excellent cuisine even for those without intolerances. Wonderful and very clean spa offering Aufguss rituals. Organized mountain excursions from the hotel, with delicious lunches. A vacation that combined the beauty of the mountains with the relaxation of the wellness center. Special attention was also given to the cleanliness of the room and everything in general. Fully satisfied!

Everything was impeccable: from the services offered, the quality of the food, the courtesy of the staff, to the beauty of the structure itself. The SPA is well-equipped and functional, perfect for those seeking a vacation immersed in nature for relaxation. The hotel is located just a few steps from the center, where there are numerous restaurants and bars, ideal for those choosing the BB service only. A special commendation goes to the staff, who showed great attention to my dietary needs: for breakfast and the two dinners at the hotel, they always prepared lactose-free dishes for me or indicated precisely what was suitable for my intolerance. It is the first time I have received such thoughtful treatment in a hospitality establishment. The only aspect I would improve, although not particularly relevant, is the gym: the equipment was rather limited, and there were missing dumbbells of different weights, making it difficult for people with different needs to train.

Beautiful hotel, well-kept spaces, clean and modern rooms with mountain views. The welcome was very warm and the staff was highly qualified. The Sky Spa is definitely the highlight of this resort. The cuisine is truly excellent, with a buffet lunch while dinner is à la carte. I would have preferred a slightly more abundant breakfast, but the products were of excellent quality. Staff attentive to allergies/intolerances. We will definitely return.

We have just returned from this magnificent short vacation. Exceptional hotel... Top-notch welcome from all the staff, very knowledgeable dining room waiters, excellent cuisine with uniquely flavorful and presented dishes. Gluten-free cooking. Dreamy breakfasts. A beautiful note also for the excellent cleanliness, in the room and everywhere. We felt pampered. We will definitely return.

I have been coming to this facility with my wife for 10 years now, and up to today, I have never found anything to complain about. The food is excellent, and the staff is always very attentive to the specific needs of the guests, allowing even people with intolerances like me to enjoy high-quality and typical dishes of the area. The common areas are spacious and always well-maintained, and at any time, there is always someone from the staff ready to assist you if needed. It is a hotel that can be enjoyed both for family vacations with children and for romantic getaways as a couple.

I happened to stop for lunch. The gluten-free first course was insignificant. They charged us a fixed price of 15 euros per person for the first course and vegetables. They wanted to add a non-consumed aperitif to our bill. I definitely won't be returning.
