✅ SAFETY: even though they are not AIC certified and do not have a separate kitchen, I saw great attention and precision for gluten-free. In my case, everything went perfectly. ✅ DESSERTS: even though there weren’t vast options (only panna cotta and yogurt), I had the panna cotta and it was incredibly good. Moreover, everything is made by them. ❗️Small flaw: unfortunately, the menu does not indicate which dishes are gluten-free (or can be made gluten-free), so it is necessary to ask the waiters. (Which is not very convenient since you have to remember the entire list of dishes 😅) Anyway, the place is AMAZING, I will definitely return!! It’s 2 minutes from the lake, and close to the parking. I absolutely recommend 💯
