I was at this beautiful restaurant directly on Lake Levico (part of the Parco Hotel du Lac). They don't have a separate kitchen, and it was communicated to me right away for transparency, but the staff is extremely knowledgeable about this matter and they adapted an appetizer, a main course, dessert, and everything was delicious (I still dream about that dinner!). The prices are fair considering the quality, quantity, and location, and they pay great attention to contamination even though there is no separate kitchen; in fact, I have celiac disease and I didn't have any issues at all! If you want a romantic dinner with a lake view, request the tables outside; it will be worth it!
