A place that sells only gluten-free food, the quality is incredible and with a very wide variety. There are sweets available for breakfast and snacks (only two seats, designed for takeout) as well as large-sized sweets. A small portion is also savory. The chiacchiere/bugie are excellent and available during the carnival period. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Prices are average for a gluten-free pastry shop and consistent with the service and location of the establishment.

A very elegant place, with only two seats, but it is focused on takeout. Friendly and helpful staff. The pastries are very good and there is a decent variety. They have cakes, single portions, and pastries. There is also a section of savory snacks, but personally, I prefer the sweet part. Some time ago, they also held cooking classes, which were interrupted due to Covid.

The place is very nice and the desserts are good. Unfortunately, being intolerant to milk as well, the choice is quite limited. However, they are willing to produce vegan or dairy-free desserts upon request.

Beautiful location and awesome product aesthetics. These are the only positive traits of this place. The appearance is definitely the only appreciation possible. Although they claim to use high-quality raw materials, they don’t make the most of them given the average to low-standard sweets they produce. Furthermore, exacerbating the situation are the exorbitant prices that certainly do not justify the quality of the products, which are poorly made. This is one of the few stores I never visit, even if I have a craving to satisfy.

I got a vegan and gluten-free sacher for my birthday to accommodate the needs of all the guests and I am very satisfied, everyone liked it! The texture and flavor were great even in the plant-based version. The owner was very kind, helpful, and precise, I will definitely come back!

I have always appreciated this sought-after pastry shop since it landed in Turin. So much so that I chose it for the wedding cake instead of the gluten-free option proposed by the specialized department of Piano35, the restaurant selected for our wedding lunch. After exchanging opinions first by phone and then via email, we ultimately opted for a solution for 8 people even though we were only 6, precisely because of the event, so that it could have a greater effect... and yes... also for the ceremonial photos of the cake cutting. After finishing our meal, we were presented at the table with an embarrassing tiny dessert, personalized in an overly simple manner and with a taste that was definitely below expectations (the crust was very hard, the filling soft but lacking flavor, and the decorative heart-shaped candies overly sweet). A complete disappointment, clearly reflected in our utterly bewildered expressions. This was especially frustrating given the cost (85 euros with delivery, for what is clearly visible in the photo). What a shame. Fortunately, we have a great sense of humor, and nothing could spoil such a perfect day for us, the enthusiastic newlywed couple.

I had already purchased a single-serving dessert for my celiac mother at the pastry shop once. I returned to buy a 500-gram panettone and was offered a traditional one, probably the last one they wanted to get rid of. I didn’t notice the expiration date of 30/12 nor that it was a bit too 'browned'. The result was that I made a terrible impression. A mass of dry batter, inedible. Not being able to even soak it in milk at breakfast, it went straight into the compost. I understand that I am not a regular customer, but I don’t think I deserve the leftovers.

Who said that a wedding cake has to be gluten-filled? Ours was entirely gluten-free, and with a whole series of exclusions… very complicated, but there were no issues with them. They were attentive to every concern without making me feel any burden! I was really looking forward to eating my wedding cake… so I decided to trust Chicchisani. They brought the cake from Turin to Costigliole d’Asti! They worked a miracle. Mrs. Mariella, in addition to her immense availability and patience in studying every single ingredient, detail, and composition of the cake step by step with us, also aesthetically designed everything, creating a stunning, beautiful, and delicious cake! We started from the project (just like a house) with a detailed drawing… and then that drawing became reality… actually even better! We discovered this pastry shop while preparing a birthday party for one of our daughters, along with some gluten-free friends; not wanting to only serve pre-packaged foods, we ultimately tried and chose this pastry shop, selecting a delicious pizza (hard to notice the absence of gluten) and a very fresh fruit cake. Very kind staff, excellent products.

I purchased two boxes of 16 savory and sweet pastries this morning. The savory combinations are interesting and unique; I can't say the same for the sweet. We will definitely return! Great for both gluten-free and non-gluten-free individuals.

Highly recommended gluten-free pastry shop; the quality is impressive, sweet and savory pastries, cakes... Everything is impeccable with a complexity of creation and elaboration that is extraordinary. The price is commensurate with the work done, always in search of something more to present to customers. The staff is very clean, always attentive to the smallest details—all rare things to find in Turin. One suggestion would be to apply a large "gluten-free" sign, as from the outside, if you're not aware, it's hard to understand, and it's a shame that people don't know. 1000 stars, congratulations on everything, an excellent and highly useful service. Excellent pastry shop, bakery, excellent because they make gluten-free products and they really have delicacies both sweet and savory. The shop assistant who served me was very kind, despite it being a working Sunday for her, despite the line of people. Detailed information about raw materials and processing, courteous and attentive staff. The pastry is well made, and here those who are gluten intolerant can once again enjoy an artisanal dessert. Since I am gluten intolerant, I decided to buy gluten-free Panettone from Chicchisani. Unfortunately, when I opened it for Christmas lunch, I found it completely burnt and dry inside. My whole family confirmed that it couldn't be eaten at all. I was disappointed as I also paid quite a lot for a 500-gram panettone and went through the process of ordering it only to receive it burnt... On the day of the order, we took two pastries, and they were good.
