delicious food, wide selection and above all well stocked! I discovered it by chance on Google and I must say it was a great find! A note of merit for the safety against contamination risk as the venue prepares dishes entirely gluten-free.

We happened to end up here by chance. We had the vegetable lasagna, the ragù, canederli, strudel, and shortbread cookies. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend it; you won’t be disappointed! The lady is very kind too.

A wonderful experience. We already knew the store and returned after three years, finding an amazing assortment of gluten-free products. From fresh items to baked goods, from savory to sweet... Everything was extremely good. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

News. For now, I have only tried the savoiardi and they are very good, even though I would have preferred to find 'eggs' among the first 2/3 ingredients because real artisanal savoiardi have in decreasing order: egg yolks; sugar; egg whites; flour and potato starch. Instead, these have in order: potato starch; rice flour; corn starch; dextrose; thickeners; E64; guar gum flour; yeast; and only at the end eggs and sugar. The order in merchandising indicates the percentage, so the first two alone make up 90% of the total. To claim the name of artisanal pastry for my tastes, you use cost-cutting and semi-industrial products. Anyway, good start!

I called the mobile number to discuss a collaboration, and the owner told me that he doesn't handle the commercial side but that his wife and son do, and that they would call me back to talk about it. I waited a few days, and as mentioned to the owner, I would contact them if they didn’t reach out. I called again, quickly introduced myself by name and surname, as well as the name of the company I work for, and told them I hadn’t been contacted. Their response was, 'They will call you, don't worry,' and then they hung up on me while I was speaking. I sincerely hope for their sake that their products are good and that they don’t treat customers like this, because otherwise, they would lose out. If you want to do a job where you are in contact with the public, you need to be polite and available. I expect the owner of a company to speak with me directly, not to delegate the task to someone else who doesn’t even follow up with me.

Delicious products. Well-stocked store with a wide variety of Trentino (and non-Trentino) gluten-free products at an excellent quality/price ratio. The staff is also very kind and helpful, well done!

Wow. We bought some products to taste the typical goods from Trentino Alto Adige. Everything we got was of excellent quality and so delicious. It's a shame we don't live closer. We could have been their best customers. It's also a pity we didn't stock up more on these wonderful artisanal products. More delicious strudel, bread, focaccia, tiramisu, crepes... Thank you!

I was in Trentino for the markets in the village of Rango. I ordered canederli, a delicacy. They had run out of the speck ones, and they told us they would prepare mixed ones, but in the end, they were only cheese ones, which were very good, but I would have liked to try them all unfortunately. In a few days, I will open the beautiful Sacher cake I have in the fridge and I am sure it will be delicious 😜
