Very unprofessional in answering the phone for the reservation "leave your name and time, if we find a spot otherwise wait" is crazy, anyway at 9:30 we arrived on time for the pseudo reservation... they made us wait for over half an hour. In the meantime, spine-chilling scenes: the cashier drinking from a one-and-a-half-liter bottle, the pizzaiolo in the glute-free area... They lost 10 points in 5 minutes... Never again.

Pizzeria O' Sarracin..a name, a guarantee. Great pizzeria and restaurant in Lanzara di Castel San Giorgio (sa). You can enjoy good times with friends, in company, and with family. The venue is easily reachable from the street. I went there with my family and we had three kinds of excellent pizzas. Really delicious! Quality ingredients accompanied by the passion of the owner Gaetano Tramontano, his partner, and their collaborators that give the pizza a special taste. But you can also try other delicious items like fritters, calzones, various appetizers, and even an excellent scazzuoppolo. Gluten-free pizza is also available. Owners present, kind and helpful. Professional and welcoming staff, fast service, and varied offerings despite the many guests present. A calm, typical, and welcoming place. A place I recommend trying! I will go back again, but I am sure you will too.

They make gluten-free pizza, excellent dough, I didn't like that the base was fried instead of baked. For the rest, everything was perfect, friendly and efficient staff, very welcoming location.

Great pizza with a good crust, especially for those who are celiac. The prices are also very affordable.

Award-winning pizzaiolo, excellent selection of pizzas and fried items, charming atmosphere despite being in a small village, clearly very well-known because it is always quite full. A special mention for the section entirely dedicated to "Gluten free" production, from preparation to the cooking oven completely separated from the rest of the preparation area. Congratulations to Gaetano for his professionalism and foresight!!
