Perfect evening! Top-notch welcome, extremely courteous staff open to all requests. Tried Pinsa and whole grain dough, absolutely delicious and a must-try. There's a very wide selection, including the option for lactose-free and gluten-free mozzarella. Ingredients of the highest quality! Highly recommend! Very attentive to covid rules, which is a very important aspect these days.

Living in Capriglia (Salerno) and having a daughter who needs to eat gluten-free, I have tried all the pizzerias in the area that offer this option. The pizzeria Il Girasole in Coperchia, a district not far from my home, seemed like a really welcoming place for the first 1-2 times I went there; the pizza is good, but not exceptional, and the service is good, with particular kindness from the waitstaff. However, over time, things have changed. On several occasions (3-4 so far), we decided to take the pizza home. I call, order well in advance of the busy time, specify when I would pick up the pizza, and go. I arrive and wait. I wait. I wait. I certainly didn’t expect my pizzas to be ready and waiting for me, but I also didn’t think I would see phone orders ahead of mine. After waiting between 25 and 40 minutes (no! I’m not exaggerating), I ask if they forgot my pizzas in the oven, and the lady in charge of orders and takeaways apologizes, realizing the delay. They prepare the pizzas (did I have to remind them?), put a gift package with some fried snacks (which are not gluten-free, so....) and I leave. After that last experience, I decided to order them and have them delivered at home (since they give priority to these). It works well only once... Today, on the third occasion, the pizza was supposed to arrive at 21:00... It’s 21:36. I called at 21:20 to find out what happened to my order. The usual lady in charge tells me that my pizzas were being prepared... now the intercom rang, it’s 21:42.
