While in Salerno, I open the GLUTO app and find pizzeria OASI 18. I call and make a reservation; the service is fast. I had gluten-free pizza and it was really EXCELLENT. Then I tried the pasta and potato frittatina... FANTASTIC... still gluten-free... affordable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

But is it just a pizzeria?

Great gluten-free pizza in an area of Salerno away from the chaos of the center but still not far. They are well-prepared and there is also availability of beer and fried foods.

Nice place, very popular also because they make very good gluten-free pizzas. Very fast and polite service. Easy to find parking around. Convenient also due to its proximity to the ring road.

Delicious and super light pizza! What is really amazing (in a positive sense): I am diabetic and usually feel full right after pizza... here instead I managed to eat it all and even paired it with the fried snacks, finishing everything without issues 😍 normally I tend to avoid pizza when I go out just to avoid feeling bad afterwards, but since I discovered this place I've already had two in one week!!! Oleg's fried snacks are extraordinary, flavorful and really filling; I particularly recommend the garlic and oil one!!! The staff is very kind, welcoming, and always available, and the prices are incredibly low for the quality they offer: truly exceptional pizza at a super honest price. Besides, I found out they also make gluten-free pizzas, which is absolutely not to be taken for granted. Highly recommended, I will definitely return! 🍕💛

We were drawn to this place by the reviews and ads for gluten-free options. We had some gluten-free fried dishes and pizzas. What can I say, the dough is excellent and flaky, and the fried dishes were decent as well. I recommend improving the service a bit since the dining area is somewhat chaotic. We had a long wait for taking our order and for the drinks. But it could be overlooked considering it was Saturday night. Good value for money.

We went there twice, the pizza is really excellent, particularly the quality of the flours and the types of dough, but what I would like to emphasize is the goodness of the gluten-free pizzas; there is no noticeable difference from the traditional ones. I feel compelled to recommend this place to anyone who has celiac issues and wants to enjoy a fantastic pizza that will be cooked in a different oven from those with gluten.

This place is amazing, the pizza it is really outstanding and a great value for money. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is local and family oriented. I asked for a particular Caccio Pepe pizza with Parma jam and it was delicious, also the gluten free is amazing (my wife is intolerant) so a great recommendation in Salerno downtown

It is in an old building that retains some really nice elements to look at. The place is well-kept and clean. The pizza is excellent and even the gluten-free is very, very good. The fried items and the off-menu pizzas are absolutely spectacular. Also for takeout.

On Saturday evening, around 8:30 PM (so quite late), we called to ask if there was space for 4. We were told they could give us a table starting at 10 PM since the shift until then was full. We accepted and since we were already on the road, we arrived at 9:30 PM, parked, and decided to take a stroll while we waited. While walking, we passed in front of the venue and noticed it was half-empty with at least 4 free tables that could have accommodated us. Now, being 9:30 PM, we thought those tables must surely be free because even if someone had arrived at each table, they certainly wouldn't have finished eating by 10. So we decided to ask if we could possibly sit down earlier. Foolish! A lady at the cashier told us, with a rather condescending tone, that there was no place and we would have to wait until 10. Alright, we stepped aside but decided to wait there. A visit to the rudeness in the response now we have to understand! 9:35 PM: place still half-empty. 9:40 PM: still half-empty, exchanging glances with the lady at the cashier. 9:45 PM: another table is freed up, crossed gazes with the lady at the cashier. 9:50 PM: another table frees up and gazes clash style Sergio Leone with the lady temporarily stepping away from the cashier. 9:55 PM the incident!!! A very kind waitress, noticing our wait and realizing the abundance of free seats invites us to sit down, aided by the absence of the aforementioned lady from the cashier. SACRILEGE! While at 9:56 PM we follow the waitress towards the table, the poor thing gets intercepted by the usual lady at the cashier who hadn’t returned yet, pulled aside and clearly reprimanded about the fact that we should have waited until 10, while the clock showed 9:57 PM. By now the die is cast, we settle in a general sense of discomfort while, obviously, the other tables were still empty, and someone else had meanwhile gotten up. Fortunately, the food was very good. Among the fried items and pizzas, we were very satisfied, and the unfortunate incident faded into the background. The pizzas were good and the ingredients were nice. The gluten-free pizza was excellent, well above average. The beer selection was poor. The venue shows a bit of age but is nice. Apart from the now infamous lady at the cashier, the service is good. In short, definitely excellent pizzas, better to try as takeout.

Very beautiful place, I love the simplicity of the staff, kind people with a cordiality and professionalism that I hadn't seen in a long time. Not to mention the products. Gluten-free (for celiacs) of excellent quality. I recommend going to this pizzeria; you will find the simplicity of a place that preserves history and culinary knowledge, thanks to Mrs. Pina and her team.

Very kind staff. Fried food and pizza, both with and without gluten, are really very good! Highly recommended!

Good pizza, but very few options in the choice of beers. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of gluten-free fried snacks, which is rare to find. So even those who eat gluten-free can wait for their pizza while enjoying a croquette or a fritter.

Pizzeria located in the Fratte neighborhood of the city of Salerno. Truly exquisite pizza with high-quality and highly digestible ingredients. It had been a while since I enjoyed such a good Neapolitan pizza; all places claim to serve 'Neapolitan pizza,' but this one truly seems like a D.O.C. pizza. The pizzaiolo is young but has plenty of experience. With two distinct ovens, he can even make gluten-free pizza! The venue is spread over two floors, but the ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users. The only major downside of the place: there is no adequate air conditioning, and when it's hot outside, it's terrifying inside.....
