EXCELLENT! They let us taste the AMAZING cecina! The pizzas were also fantastic and to finish beautifully, the American cheesecake. Very reasonable price. Truly compliments. The owners are very kind.

A beautiful place of high quality (at least regarding gluten-free). 😁 As soon as you enter, you feel at home. If I am in Viareggio, I always eat there. Sometimes I get the pizza and eat it at the beach.

Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC app, but I would say it was a really nice surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say it is one of the best pizzas ever. The staff are very kind, the atmosphere is welcoming, the owners are extremely knowledgeable, and the quality-price ratio is unbeatable (generously topped pizzas). After traveling 200km, I finally found a pizza worthy of its name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

Uncommon dough and great pizza. The gluten-free pizza is also very good. There is also the option of lactose-free mozzarella. The place is nice but unpretentious, down-to-earth. I recommend making a reservation as it is not very large.

I really like pizza, and I discovered that they have vegan mozzarella which, by the way, is also good unlike many others I've tried around. Unfortunately, it's not listed on the menu. Well, vegans listening in, know that here you can eat, besides cecina, a good pizza with vegan mozzarella! A small note for the owners, who are very attentive and inclusive with celiac customers (since it’s an AIC venue): make the vegan options clearly visible! Vegans will be thrilled to come eat at your place! ;) Maybe it would be nice to also find a little dessert! 🥺

Really honest prices. They make gluten-free pizza that is amazing. Too bad about the limited choice of desserts, but the ice cream was good as well. I will definitely return to try the other doughs! You can tell they put passion into their work and the owners are very friendly!

Simple, welcoming place and the owners are really nice. The service is quick, with smiling and kind staff. The pizza is amazing, with a light and easily digestible dough, especially the gluten-free one. We won't miss the next Carnival. I thank the owner again for independently pointing out where to eat during the parade, the Croce Verde stand that I highly recommend to everyone, especially for us celiacs!

A pizzeria definitely worth recommending. The gluten-free pizza is excellent. I had a super pizza with pumpkin cream, yellow pacchettella, buffalo cheese, crispy pancetta, and basil!!! The gluten-free ricotta chestnut tart is great. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Gourmet-style pizza (looks like a stuffed focaccia) very good both gluten-free and with gluten. Good selection of beers, including gluten-free. If possible, avoid peak hours (obviously). Also available for takeaway.
