Topperia is a missile, pizza one of the best, it melts in your mouth, supplì with a twist. Perfectly cooked rice and non-acid sauce, which seems like a given but is not at all. Go there and you won't be disappointed!

Quiet place, the owner Filiberto is a friendly and very nice person, the pizza is delicious and the fried foods are a delight, I hope to return soon.

I have been visiting this place for many years and every time I go to eat there, it is a pleasure. They have a wide variety of choices, the pizza is the best I have ever had, and the staff is very kind and well-prepared. The place is small but welcoming. I highly recommend going there!

I was at this pizzeria a few days ago. Spectacular pizza, the best I’ve had lately. All the fried foods are gluten-free and many also have lactose-free options. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Delicious gluten-free pizza, exceptional dough. The only downside for me is the lack of a wood-fired oven for the gluten-free option, but everything else is perfect. The desserts are also very good.

Informal locale and a simple family environment. Very easy parking in the area. My companion and I tried various gluten-free products and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dough, but especially by the quality of the selected raw materials (tomato, mozzarella, and cured meats used on the pizzas). The proposed products are truly many and all deserve to be tried because I will definitely return to try other things. The prices are more than fair considering that raw materials for those who are celiac have higher costs; however, the owner has managed to keep the quality very high without burdening the price too much. Of course, the locale, having separate kitchens, also offers solutions for those who are not gluten intolerant!!! Thank you for the pleasant evening!

If you're looking for a place to enjoy gluten-free pizza that rivals traditional ones, this restaurant is the ideal choice! 🍕✨ From the very first bite, it's clear that the quality of the ingredients is at the heart of everything here: the gluten-free dough is light, fragrant, and well-risen, with that authentic flavor that is rarely found on menus dedicated to celiacs. The cooking is optimal, the crust is soft yet well-structured, and the toppings are plentiful and flavorful.

The venue has both an outdoor area (dedicated to the summer season) and two indoor rooms. The second room is definitely preferable due to its larger spaces and the arrangement of the tables. The welcome was excellent from the entire staff. We immediately ordered a nice supplì with a sea scent (only a pity it could have been slightly bigger) gluten-free and the chips, everything was delicious. The pizza is phenomenal both the 'normal' one and the gluten-free one, and it's in a semi-Neapolitan style (the bottom is slightly crunchier than Neapolitan pizza, which I think works perfectly). You can feel the search for ingredients, all of excellent quality; the owner also explained to us the types of flour used, and we were impressed by the passion he puts into his work (a very rare thing nowadays...) which made us feel at home. Then, following his advice, we had the pizza made with pumpkin seed flour: spectacular! It had no strange aftertaste and it was very digestible (of course it was gluten-free as well, but I can safely say that I ate it too and it had nothing to envy compared to the regular dough). We also had the deconstructed cannoli (also gluten-free) and it was delicious, and the portion was suitable for a dessert. The bill was honest and in line with expectations, considering the quality of the raw materials used. We will definitely return and recommend making a reservation.

If you are that insatiable lover of authentic Neapolitan pizza, if you are that intolerant person wearily forced to settle for pre-cooked and tasteless "pizzas," here you will rediscover the sensation of feeling privileged, along with the pleasure of eating a pizza that exceeds every standard in the category without (and with) gluten. Thank you for your commitment, highly recommended!

5 stars are few. Some preamble, discovered a long time ago but we couldn't go. As soon as possible, we went and tried everything, fried (both gluten-free and regular), pizzas with gluten and without, the smile, not yet available on the menu but will be shortly (simple, just to taste) plus we bought the flours used for the dough based on a mix of different flours. Another necessary note, lactose-free, gluten-free flours. But back to the pizzas, there were 5 of us, and we ordered a gluten pizza, an American (margherita with sausage and fries) and an Er pecora (with sun-dried tomatoes, I don't remember the rest). The first was perfect, soft just right, a dough with 110% hydration if I'm not mistaken but very light, really I ate it and it didn't weigh me down at all. Especially when lifting the slice, it stayed up despite the weight of the toppings. The other was nothing short of sublime in its simplicity. Now, for the gluten-free ones, the kids ordered a porchetta (sliced) and lactose-free mozzarella and a crostino with prosciutto, also uniquely light and sublimely delicious. All the pizzas had a bit of crust (they weren't Neapolitan). Finally, the little one took a white focaccia, I swear I tasted it, and it was much better than many other gluten pizzas, soft enough. The three pizzas the kids couldn't finish, and even today they were still good. The owner was very accommodating and friendly both in answering my questions and in welcoming us. We paid €90 for 5 people with 5 pizzas, two waters, two fried potatoes, a Chips cacio e pepe, a supplì, and two montanare, one with tomato and mozzarella and one with mortadella and pistachio, so what can I say? More than fair price and surely well spent. We'll definitely come back. I leave you the photos of the pizzas. If I really had to find a flaw, it might be the fact that they didn't differentiate between gluten and gluten-free pizzas, but I promise it was Wednesday evening and there were 3/4 tables, mainly because we arrived early, but they were super attentive both in bringing and serving them.

Pizzeria with a small outdoor space on the street. Inside it's small. Friendly staff. Specializing in gluten-free. The food is quite good. The pizza is typically Neapolitan.

We happened to end up here by chance; we were looking for a gluten-free pizzeria. (Not celiac) I chose the gluten-free dough to share with my celiac boyfriend and it was DELICIOUS. I had "er tramonto" on the recommendation of the waitress (very kind) and it was excellent! The fried items were also very good, especially the nduja supplì!

I have been to Sorriso (formerly Junior Chef Pizza) several times and I can say that the new name perfectly fits the mood you leave with after eating. The staff is incredibly helpful and always smiling, with excellent waiting times. As for the food, what can I say, it’s exquisite. I discovered this pizzeria two years ago because it is renowned on various blogs for gluten-free people, so we decided to give it a try. All the fried items are gluten-free; yesterday we had cheese bombette with pasteurized yolk, montanare with sauce, parmesan, pistachio pesto, and mortadella. The dough is fantastic, the same goes for the gluten-free pizzas, they are a guarantee, especially the gourmet ones. Light dough, well-cooked. (The attached photo of the pizza is half Er Patata and half Er Foco, we shared the pizzas.) To finish, we decided to have a dessert, which are fried pasta strands with Nutella, also delicious. I recommend trying it at least once!

"Sorriso bistrot"! A guarantee! First of all, you are greeted by the fantastic smile of Filiberto, the owner who is always attentive to your requests and so welcoming that you'll feel at home. Secondly, but no less important, I would say "FUNDAMENTAL", the heavenly pizzas! For quality, lightness, and digestibility! I tried the pizza of the month (baked potato cream, Norcia sausage, walnuts, and truffle burratina), and calling it gourmet is an understatement! Try it, and you won't regret it, no matter which pizza you choose! Gluten-free or not! If there were 10 stars, I would have given them easily!!! Congrats!

Sorriso Bistrot confirms itself as a beautiful discovery!! We have been there several times, either alone or with friends, and everyone has enjoyed it, both celiacs and non-celiacs. The gluten-free pizza with the new dough is even better and fluffier, for me it's the best among all those I've eaten. Friendly and smiling staff, relaxing atmosphere, it really feels like being at home. Filiberto's passion and commitment can be felt in his eyes and words. Well done 👏

Probably the best gluten-free pizza ever eaten since 2015. Excellent for fragrance, taste, texture, and especially the lightness of the dough. A pizza that felt like a cloud in the mouth with a fluffy crust typical of the Neapolitan tradition. Additionally, there are various delicious fried dishes, and among the available desserts, there are also the truffles from Pizzo Calabro 😋 An intimate locale with a friendly atmosphere. It’s worth noting the availability of lactose-free products, gluten-free beers from Belgium, and, upon request, hemp-based dough.

Gluten-free pizza is very good, but I categorically advise against ordering on Saturdays, both at the restaurant and for delivery. Two Saturdays ago, we waited an hour just for the appetizer, and yesterday 45 minutes for the delivery. The pizza arrived cold and rubbery. If the demand increases, the staff must also increase.
5
If you are looking for a really excellent gluten-free pizzeria, here it is, you have found it!! They also make traditional pizzas that are really delicious, as well as bruschetta made with gluten-free bread. The place is small, well organized, and clean. Friendly and professional staff. An experience to repeat.

Great pizzeria in the San Basilio area with the option to order gluten-free pizza and pasta. Friendly staff, but they should strengthen the service! The menu offerings are excellent.
5
Great gluten-free pizza with the option of lactose-free mozzarella! Soft and delicious dough! I rarely find gluten-free pizzerias that satisfy me, but this time I was really happy. Nothing to say about the food; I even got to enjoy dessert! The service was quite fast despite the place being full. If I have to point out anything, it's that the environment was a bit small.

Those with food intolerances know: finding a decent gluten-free pizza is not easy.. well, I found one here that is BETTER than the 'normal' one! Crispy just right, well risen and topped with every goodness. If you add supplì (also gluten free).. this pizzeria is unbeatable. The owner is disarmingly courteous and we will be happy to return as soon as possible.

FANTASTIC pizzas!! We tried both the regular and gluten-free ones.. excellent! Excellent dough!! I've never eaten a gluten-free pizza like this. The fried items were delicious, especially the supplì. Compliments to the entire staff, very kind and friendly👏

The BEST Gluten Free pizza! FANTASTIC hemp pizza!! Suppli are also great! Filippo, the manager, is a kind person and meticulous in presenting the various dishes. It has now become a habit to go every Saturday! Recommended.

Everything incredibly good and gluten-free!! Since it was our first time in this place, we decided to try a bit of everything, and nothing left us unsatisfied. Top-quality ingredients, all made entirely by them, from the bread to the batter on the fried foods (light and not at all greasy). The queen.. Obviously the pizza!! Compliments..

I ate croquettes tonight, a toasted bread with sausages and mushrooms, a Margherita pizza with french fries, and craft blonde beer: all gluten-free. Everything was very good! The pizza had a thick crust and was made with dough that rose for 72 hours... very light and tasty! Excellent value for money. The owner is kind and the service is fast. I will definitely return.

Very, very good Neapolitan pizza, both in terms of dough and topping ingredients, very fresh and balanced in preparation and seasoning. If you ask for a small "customization," they will gladly accommodate you, and the request for a surcharge doesn't come immediately as it does in many other places. The prices are good, not the lowest, but acceptable given the quality. Even though I have a bit of a delicate stomach and pizza often gives me "agitated" nights, I ate it without any digestive problems. The only downside is the outdoor space, which is rather unpleasant due to the lack of effective umbrellas and minimal insulation from the street. However, it's absolutely recommended for takeaway pizza.

Great pizza, among the best in the capital. Welcoming and pleasantly accompanied by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Excellent choice both for a couple and for an evening with friends, but also alone with my wife already on vacation.

Gluten-free pizza is wonderful; until now, I had never eaten such a good pizza. The staff is very kind and helpful. The gentleman who served us was nice and very kind. I highly recommend it! I will definitely return to eat a delicious pizza!

My family and I had dinner at this restaurant and it will definitely be an experience to repeat to try the other pizzas they have on the menu! The pizza (the patatosa) was simply fabulous and the gluten-free calzone was truly spectacular, with a super soft dough that we had never found in stores before. A special mention goes to the service, the gentleman was really friendly and very kind. We will definitely return!

I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, but never one as good and digestible as this one, plus the service is impeccable. Highly recommended!

Delicious pizza, friendly and knowledgeable staff. With the virtual card, there are many offers and discounts. The "Ar Foco" real devil pizza is absolutely worth trying.

What did the lockdown bring us? Junior pizza chef! A ray of sunshine in the darkness of quarantine! It is usually said that defining a good pizza is relative, depending on the type of pizza one prefers. In reality, their pizza is not just good, it is simply FABULOUS! Regardless of taste, the dough is great, well-leavened, and the ingredients are of high quality (starting with Caputo flours). They are framed by a very kind and friendly staff and a wonderful pizzaiola (girl power!) Highly recommended. If the GF pizza is good... you won't be disappointed!

Excellent!! This time it was a take-away, but soon we will stop to taste it fresh out of the oven and eaten. Thank you for the warm welcome and exceptional products.

A few evenings ago, I tried pizza and supplì. Everything was very good; I booked the pizza and went to pick it up personally. They were punctual with the delivery time. The only thing that surprised me was the price: one pizza was 14 euros... It seems like a high price, not in line with other gluten-free pizzerias. Considering I picked it up myself too!

Great pizza, we wait for the bread every day.
