Certified AIC restaurant-pizzeria. I only tried the pizza, which I found good. Prices are definitely not popular.

I haven't been there since I explicitly asked for a gluten-free pizza because I am celiac. I confirm upon arrival at the table that it has been cooked separately, and the waiter says yes. When I point out that I saw it come out of the wood oven with the pizzas of the other diners, the waiter dismissed it, saying that I was right but the chances of contamination were low. Basically, they sell you the idea that they cook it separately, but if you don't watch closely, they do whatever they want.

really good thin gluten-free pizza, but I haven't gone back due to the prices... if they lowered them a bit, it would be my regular stop for the weekend

terrible, they cook gluten-free pizza in the same wood-fired oven as the regular one, and they have a separate electric oven for those who don't want pizza cooked in the same oven, but I let you imagine the contamination. And no bread or crackers for celiacs. I wonder how they have the certification.

Pizzeria and restaurant with a wide gluten-free menu in the Piazza V Giornate area. I have to admit, in 16 years of celiac disease, it's the best pizza I've ever eaten, thin crust, like I have never been able to find. Prices, however, are really exaggerated, a Margherita is €14, a Margherita with Taggiasca olives is as much as €7 more.

Staff professionale e simpatici. Ti fanno sentire una di famiglia. This is absolutely the best pizza I have ever had (and I have eaten many, many pizzas). It’s thin, crispy, and bursting with flavor. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the portions are enormous and worth every penny. Free parking is available at the garage next door, even for motorcycles. The staff is professional and friendly at the same time. When you walk in, they salute you like a member of the family. They speak English, too.

Le Specialità is a historic restaurant-pizzeria in Milan, active since 1977 in the Porta Vittoria / Cinque Giornate neighborhood, known for its offerings ranging from pizza to Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with particular attention to gluten-free options. The interiors evoke a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere, with furnishings that recall a slightly retro taste and a lively ambiance, often animated by groups of friends and families. The main dining room is spacious and hospitable, with a layout that prioritizes comfort over trendy contemporary design. The menu is rich and extensive, featuring over 50 variations of wood-fired pizzas—thin, well-made, and often cited as one of the main reasons to return—complemented by a selection of classic Italian dishes, appetizers, pastas, and seafood. Gluten-free versions are also thoughtfully curated and developed to be enjoyed with the same quality as traditional offerings. The service moves with a quick pace and good competence, capable of handling even the busiest times; at the same time, during peak periods, it may be necessary to anticipate waits even with reservations, indicating strong demand. Overall, Le Specialità is a solid choice for those seeking quality pizza in Milan within a convivial context, accompanied by a varied high-level culinary proposal and a vibrant atmosphere.

We went for the pizza, which is good, even the gluten-free one, thin, crunchy, and digestible. More expensive than average, as you know, but of good quality. We also had a seafood appetizer that was mediocre and pricey. The retro-styled venue has its charm, quite noisy and chaotic, with a young and international clientele. The service was kind, fast but messy; they served us the water even before we sat down, and the pizzas arrived along with the appetizer. The spaces are tight, and it's unpleasant to be bumped into every time the waiter passes by, with his arms just inches from your nose.

I am celiac and I went to this place in June to taste their pizza. The flavor was really good (I had the pistachio one) and at the time of ordering I explained that I had contamination issues. However, about an hour after we finished dinner, I started to feel strong cramps and I got sick... definitely due to contamination since I had only eaten the pizza in the last ten hours. It is unacceptable that such a renowned pizzeria makes mistakes of this kind for such a widespread intolerance, I will not return again.

Good gluten-free pizza, thin. Fast service. The place has an old-style 70s vibe. The price is absurd for 2 pizzas, one Margherita and one Trevisana, 1 water, 1 beer, 2 coffees € 78.00 divided as follows: 21 + 22 for the pizzas, 1 gluten-free beer €12.00, 1 natural water €5.00, Coffee €4.00 x 2, Cover charge €5.00 per person. Madness!

The gluten-free pizza and gluten-free cotoletta alla milanese are excellent. Super fast service. The place has a bit of a vintage feel. Very respectful of those with celiac disease. Prices are above average but it's worth it.

I am celiac and until before COVID, I used to frequent this restaurant. I returned yesterday after quite some time and I was truly disappointed… at the time of ordering, I asked for a Margherita pizza with some prosciutto, and the waitress laughed in my face saying that that pizza has a name on their menu. My companion ordered a beer from the menu and the waitress came back saying it was finished; he asked for another one and that one was also finished… why not communicate this beforehand? At the end of the dinner, my companion ordered a coffee, and with the coffee, the waitress arrived with the bill and the card reader. While handing him the coffee, she asked if he wanted to pay in cash or with a card… it doesn’t seem like a polite attitude at all. Considering their high prices, there should be a better level of service. The gluten-free pizza, however, was good.

Finally, a super good gluten-free pizza in Milan! Prices are well above average, but as we know, quality comes at a price, and we are in Milan. The place is historic and characteristic; it feels like going back to the 80s with the decor. Recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs, but be aware that you will spend a lot. It's advisable to book in advance as it is very popular and always full. Friendly staff and quick service. I will return!

Gluten-free pizza so thin it looked like a veil, lightly topped and with a price significantly higher than normal. Topping 4€... for a pizza.
3
Very good gluten-free pizza with lots of pizza options. Prices are very high.

My wife and I had the best gluten-free pizza ever, made fresh by them; it tasted just like a super good regular pizza. The waiters are friendly and professional, and even the gluten-free focaccia was as good as the light and tasty fried mixed platter. We had a great time and will return soon!
