Erudito Gluten free is a burger bar primarily for those intolerant or allergic to gluten, and there are also a couple of choices for vegans. It offers table service, take-out orders, and home delivery. The service in the venue is fast food style; you order at the counter, and the dishes are brought to your table. Everything we had satisfied our taste buds and justified the journey taken to get there. It was in every sense a nice experience. The girl managing the whole situation (reservations/table service) was very kind. The only small downside, in my opinion, but which I understand (because the quality is excellent and management costs are always rising), is the price, which I would have preferred and expected to be a tad lower... but for the rest, it is definitely worth it....

Erudito is synonymous with quality and satisfaction! I am not a gluten-free customer, but I immediately appreciated all their products, from sweet to savory... literally licking my lips! 100% gluten-free, the buns are really soft and delicious, the meat is really very good, almost melts in your mouth. Even the appetizers from the nuggets, to the onion rings and French fries had a perfect fry, not greasy at all and exceptional flavor. The girl who works there is really kind and the wait was minimal. The only downside is that maybe the bun is a bit small, but all in all, I absolutely recommend it!

I'm celiac and I can say that a bread like theirs I have never eaten, it's amazing!! All the food is really delicious, the crunchy breading is impressive... the place is really nice and cozy, the staff is truly friendly and very kind. I will definitely come back! I was a little worried about going because I'd read some mixed reviews. However, the people were so friendly, it was easy to order, we say indoors and ate our very yummy burger and chips and it was lovely. I'd recommend. A little pricey but we're in Rome and it's 100%gluten free, what do you expect?

This is my and my girlfriend's favorite place, definitely. The guy who welcomes/serves us at the table knows us by now, given how many times we've been here, haha. Super friendly, fast, and above all, the food is SUPER GOOD. Our choices always fall on: - chicken tacos - cheese and bacon fries - fried onion rings - swimsuit (my girlfriend) - I almost change the burger every time, I tell you, they are all good, haha. Highly recommended.

A fixed date with friends for a pleasant evening in a very nice and quiet place. The food is always fresh and excellent, the owner is always very attentive and kind, he always accommodates our requests. When we're not in the area, we order delivery and it arrives in a cute package. We continue to go not only for the endless kindness, but especially for the freshness and the attention given to my intolerances and celiac disease. The bread is all gluten-free and it's absolutely fantastic! Never tried anything so good! The homemade nuggets are definitely recommended too! Absolutely recommended!!!!

There isn't much to say... I'm not celiac, but my children are, and yet I believe I've eaten the best burger of my life here! Everything is completely gluten-free, except for a couple of beers (well marked on the menu); the bread is homemade and it's all exquisitely delicious. Prices are absolutely reasonable. We had: ➡️ PAMPLONA: artisanal bun with beef burger, cheddar cheese, 'patanegra' lard, caramelized red onion, iceberg lettuce, and BBQ sauce ➡️ PROVA COSTUME: artisanal bun with beef burger, double cheddar cheese, double bacon, onion ring, and BBQ sauce ➡️ QUELLO GIUSTO: artisanal bun with XXL fried chicken nuggets, cheddar cheese, sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce, and Erudito sauce ➡️ FRENCH FRIES CHEESE & BACON I recommend a visit to those who are celiac (but also to those who aren't) because it's really top-notch!

All the combinations are delicious and the fact that everything is completely gluten-free (and practically everything is also lactose-free) almost seems impossible! Then if we add that the staff is exceptionally kind, it really makes it the perfect place. 5 stars just because I can't give more!

I was SO EXCITED to find this totally gluten free restaurant in Rome. The food was delicious, the staff was super nice, and the menu was really expansive, with Mexican and American cuisines. My only regret was that I went on my last night in town and couldn’t order everything on the menu! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town and highly recommend anyone with Celiac’s visit. There’s absolutely no risk of cross-contamination in this restaurant, and I felt completely safe ordering anything I wanted here.

A wonderful gluten-free hamburger place. So far, I have only been there twice with my girlfriend, and everything has always been delicious. The staff is always very kind and helpful. The homemade bread is amazing, and even though it's gluten-free, it's much better than others with gluten. I just wish they still included fries in the sandwiches with the new menu, but other than that, it's wonderful. Personal recommendation: try the tacos because they are spectacular; get the mix, they are all worth it.

Gluten-free options for celiacs. - Generous portions and great value for money (cost of the hamburger in the photo €10). - Delicious hamburgers: slightly crunchy bread but very soft inside, perfectly cooked meat accompanied by crispy fries that are just the right amount of salty. - Calm and relaxed atmosphere, clean interiors with modern minimalist decor. Nice choice to serve dishes in skillets. - Super friendly and nice staff. I had a little dog with me, my 3-month-old husky puppy. So, not exactly the most docile little creature one could take along, yet he was welcomed and even offered a bowl of fresh water! In conclusion: If you are celiac, you have found your "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" when it comes to dining out with friends... and even if you aren’t, but you’re craving a hamburger, this place is still perfect for you! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed!

The bread is exclusively for celiacs, but even my husband, who is not, found his hamburger delicious. Finally, a true burger place for celiacs with a wide selection of buns to choose from. Great place to eat with friends without the concern of celiac disease (totally gluten-free venue). The entire menu is gluten-free and the dishes are abundant and refined. We had an absolutely great time at Erudito! We came around the opening time, and started a really nice chat with the coeliac waitress and the chef. They recommended two burgers that turned out to be amazing. I especially recommend the monthly special, which was the delicious umami burger in our case. Great food, great environment and lovely people. Oh, and everything on the menu is gluten free! I wish this place all the success possible and we'll definitely come back whenever we return to Rome.

We ate very well and I was pleasantly surprised by the confirmation that the entire menu is gluten-free, so there were no restrictions for us celiacs. Also, since I couldn't eat some ingredients present in most sandwiches, I was able to order a customized hamburger that met my dietary needs. The fried foods were excellent. The service was fast and the girl who served us was very nice. The only downside was the difficulty in locating the place, but it was perfectly balanced by the excellent quality of food and service. We will definitely return to try new dishes!
