We went to dinner this evening, passing through but with a reservation. Impeccable service, quick, kind, friendly, and professional. Among the guests, there was a celiac person... excellent judgment. Montanara: absolute excellence! The pizza was the same, very light, highly digestible, and you notice it as soon as you get up from the table; you don't feel weighed down! Excellent Aperol Spritz! Highly recommended for food, service, and really modern and comfortable environment. Congratulations! One small note: it would be nice to accompany guests to the table. We were shown to the table by gesturing with a hand and hinting at the number. Even my 10-year-old child noticed this small lack of friendliness. But it’s constructive advice; highly recommended.

I had heard very good things about this place, which also offers gluten-free options. As soon as I sit down, I notice on the menu that the pizzas available for me, being celiac, are only 6 marked with an asterisk. As soon as the waiter arrives, I discover that there is no option to order a gluten-free fry (not even a portion of fries). I wait more than 35 minutes to be able to "taste" the much-acclaimed pizza, and as soon as it arrives, I notice rice grains inside (I regret not having taken a photo), the burnt crust, and the impossibility of enjoying it normally since it was crumbled rather than a single dough. I rate 1 star for the location and the availability of the waiters.
