We had lunch at Crianza on Easter day. Although we hadn't made a reservation, the staff welcomed us enthusiastically and was ready to meet all our needs. Giorgio, along with the other guys in the dining room, guided us in choosing the dishes which were all amazing. We tried the Specialties of the day: Seafood Tartare Trio and Paccheri Filled with Creamed Cod, which were simply SPECTACULAR! Moreover, for those intolerant to lactose and gluten, there are dedicated options even for desserts (which is still not a given nowadays). I tasted the Artisanal Ice Cream Pralines with Three Flavors of ice cream covered in Dark Chocolate: Marzipan, Dark Chocolate with Orange, Dried Figs, and Cupeta were outstanding! Also, both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were made with care and were excellent. In short, our experience was excellent, and if we were to return to Lecce, we would undoubtedly go back to Crianza and its staff! Greetings from Valentina & Angelo from Sicily.
