One of the best restaurants I've eaten at, with an amazing commitment to customer care. I had gluten-free pasta (exceptional attention regarding celiac disease and a wide variety of options) with cacio e pepe sauce, one of the best I've ever tasted, being from Rome as well. The staff were lovely and always ready to assist with any issue or question. Finally, the location is modern and clean, complete with private parking.
