Unfortunately, the ice cream, although gluten-free in some flavors, gets contaminated by the scoop that touches the cones. The only solution would be to have all gluten-free cones or dedicated tubs.

Unfortunately, despite the ice cream shop being considered the best in the country, the staff is not up to par. During my last visit, I ordered a cone because it's not possible to customize flavors in cups. Shortly after placing my order, I noticed that the waitress who took my order was pointing at me with a colleague, seemingly mocking me. Moreover, my partner and I ordered a gluten-free cone, but upon delivery, we realized it wasn't. The waitress's response was, with a laugh, "I'm sorry." When I pointed out the incident, I was verbally assaulted and, additionally, the receipt charged amounts that were higher than what was due. I immediately pointed out the mistake, but I did not receive any apologies for the incident. I have been frequenting this ice cream shop since childhood and have never had such a negative experience. The staff proved to be inadequate and rude.
