I ordered the tonnarelli alla carbonara and I can't even tell you how delicious they were; the homemade pasta was truly excellent; the portions were very generous. The carbonara was made excellently. I absolutely recommend it.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and it was a fantastic discovery! Homemade gluten-free pasta dressed with any sauce on the menu. We had a creamy and delicious cacio e pepe served on dedicated plates to avoid contamination. Absolutely recommended.

We went to this restaurant to enjoy a typical Roman dinner. The entire menu is available in a gluten-free version. Exceptional carbonara, friendly staff, and very attentive to gluten-free options. The timing between courses was a bit long, but it’s worth it!

the best carbonara of my life!!! And it is prepared with fresh tonnarelli from a pasta shop that only works with gluten-free products. Meanwhile, the gluten-containing fresh pasta is produced by them. Very very nice location. Highly prepared staff: the celiac person is indicated to the staff with a different colored placemat and plates.
