I discovered Franco’s Pizza by chance and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. I tried their gluten-free panuozzo and I can say that, to date, it is one of the best I have ever eaten. The texture and flavor really impressed me, especially because it is often not easy to find a good gluten-free product. I don’t know if the place is certified or if it has a laboratory completely dedicated to gluten-free, so I always recommend checking directly with the restaurant about contamination management. Personally, however, every time I ate there I felt fine and have never had any problems. If you’re looking for a truly tasty gluten-free panuozzo, this is definitely a place worth trying.

I have been frequenting this place for years now, living in Battipaglia, and I can assure you that there is a great attention to the preparation of Panuozzi for us celiacs. The products are always very fresh and the staff is uniquely kind. I recommend it to everyone... the panuozzo from the master MUST be tried by all.

At Franco's, we celiacs can't take the pizza, but they make panuozzo and I must say it's very good.

Great pizza and panizzo. Very kind and helpful. I requested a dairy-free pizza due to intolerance, and they worked hard to make it tasty and avoid dryness. It was delicious. Paid €31 for 4 people.
