I have been frequenting this place for years now, living in Battipaglia, and I can assure you that there is a great attention to the preparation of Panuozzi for us celiacs. The products are always very fresh and the staff is uniquely kind. I recommend it to everyone... the panuozzo from the master MUST be tried by all.

At Franco's, we celiacs can't take the pizza, but they make panuozzo and I must say it's very good.

Great pizza and panizzo. Very kind and helpful. I requested a dairy-free pizza due to intolerance, and they worked hard to make it tasty and avoid dryness. It was delicious. Paid €31 for 4 people.
