Home delivery pizza, very good. The normal capricciosa has triple the ingredients compared to the gluten-free one. Regarding the delivery management, I requested that the gluten-free box be placed in a separate bag but it wasn't done, and it was among the others and placed in the middle, so I didn't have the guarantee of non-contamination, and being asymptomatic I couldn't realize it. Apart from this, the pizza was very good.

Probably the best gluten-free pizza in Milan.

What can I say... without a doubt, among the best gluten-free pizzas in Milan! A must-try, highly recommended.

Pizza is sometimes delicious and sometimes less so.. I think it depends on how hot the oven is, how busy the place is. Unfortunately, sometimes it arrives burnt.

Very good gluten-free pizza, attentive and knowledgeable staff.

gluten-free pizza really very good, but the highlight for me was the gluten-free Sicilian cannoli... the best I have ever tasted! Suitable even for those, like me, who are allergic to gluten-free wheat as they use rice flour. A must-try!

I used to frequent this place until one day I stopped to get takeout. The pizzas are prepared in different areas and cooked in two separate ovens, but unfortunately, they are finished on the same table and handled without changing gloves, making all previous efforts pointless. I pointed it out and they immediately remedied it, but what about all the other times? The doubt remains. Be careful!

Great pizza! Soft and fluffy dough, hard to find in other restaurants. Almost all pizzas can be made gluten-free (+2€). The only downside... unlike Sorbillo in Naples, here they don't make it with a thick crust.

One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had, if you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

The only pizzeria of the Sorbillo chain with gluten-free dough in Milan. Well balanced and light, baked in a dedicated oven to prevent contamination. Lactose-free mozzarella available, highly recommended!

In Milan, there are 4 but the one on Via Pietro Borsieri 25 also has gluten-free dough and, above all, they have a double oven, so there is absolutely no risk of contamination! The pizza dough is super soft, fluffy, and very light! On the menu, all pizzas and calzones can be made gluten-free, but unfortunately, there are no appetizers. They have gluten-free beer! For dessert, sometimes they make gluten-free tiramisu but unfortunately, it wasn’t available so I couldn’t try it!
