We are a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant in Milan that offers creative cuisine with a strong cultural background. Our dishes are beautiful in form and content, original compared to any known cuisine. Aesthetically, Joia's cuisine could be defined as a Western Zen cuisine and in taste, it is a friend of Italy, of 'Made in Italy' and the Mediterranean, encompassing the great cuisines of the world. We imagine our dishes as artistic representations, each unique and different, messengers of a higher dimension. We are committed to conveying passion, new perspectives, and new thoughts.

We had the most amazing experience here in Milan at Joia with our family of 4. Arrived for our 12:30pm reservation on time and the staff was very punctual and very friendly in seating us. My husband and i started with a white Italian wine recommended by the staff which was very good. The staff helped to explain the menu options and we settled on the Piatto Quadro for each which has 4 separate courses on a plate. Each course on the plate had amazing, unique flavors and we loved the variety we received. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they accommodated/modified for her vegan diet with no problem at all. We also chose to add the dessert option which was a beautifully presented vegan cheesecake. We paid 35 euros per person for the lunch. Me, my husband and our picky 12 and 14 yr olds were very happy with the food, service and experience of our first michelin star restaurant. Would highly recommend this place to vegetarian and vegans looking for a different experience!

Incredible. Wow. OMG. Amazing. Michelin star-rated glutenfree, vegetarian/vegan cuisine. 8 course fixed menu meal was a journey through tastes. This is an experience not to be missed.
