Really very good restaurant! We came because we knew they made dishes that were also gluten-free, and indeed their attention to contamination was good. The very kind waiters immediately accommodated our requests. We had the pasta with clams, served with a different type of gluten-free pasta. Highly recommended!!

We had cavatelli with scorpionfish ragù that was really out of this world. The gluten-free pasta felt just like eating the regular one. Highly recommended!

It may not be certified, but it's worth all the money we spent. I had a first course with shrimp, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto. Exceptional!

Beautiful seafood restaurant in the historic center of Monopoli. Impeccable service. Also gluten-free (they even have their own homemade bread) and well-prepared in serving it. Absolutely recommended.

Overall, everything was very good, and I'm happy about the particular attention to gluten-free options. Perhaps the only downside was the limited choice of gluten-free pasta shapes... The taste was overall really very good. As shown in the photos, we ordered two gluten-free first courses from the menu with the only available shape, but it had a fresh and very good taste and excellent cooking. The one with the delicious pesto had nothing to complain about, and the shrimp were well cleaned of their intestines and very tender... The other one, unfortunately, had one of the two mantis shrimp (the largest one) raw inside and still frozen... Luckily, since it was large, we preferred to finish the rest of the dish and leave it for later. However, when we pointed it out to the waiter, we were told it was the normal color and texture of the seafood. We politely emphasized that the other one wasn't like that, but since the dish was finished, we had it taken away... For the second course, we had the salmon fillet in a pistachio crust with black olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes, and a fried dish; both plates were excellent with great quality ingredients and perfect cooking... Another small oversight in the service was that during our ordering, we weren't informed of a daily special dish off the menu, which we only heard about when ordering from the table next to us. Otherwise, the staff were attentive to contamination and requests... Coffee was then offered. The place is located in a small alley with all the characteristics of the area, very small but nice and welcoming.
