I ended up in Venaria Reale and saw a mention of this restaurant here on Gluto, which is not AIC certified. Given the lack of reviews, I feared I wouldn't find gluten-free dishes, but the menu indicated which dishes were default GF, and there were also first courses available with any sauce, and even agnolotti are available (it's really rare to find stuffed pasta!!!). Some desserts can also be made gluten-free. I had the agnolotti al plin and the coffee panna cotta, and they were truly fantastic (like all the other dishes). Absolutely recommended, especially at still affordable prices!!! P.S. They rightly assured me that they do not have two separate kitchens and there could be a risk of contamination, but they would maintain utmost attention.
